The challenge was truly helpful to me. It helped me adopt a proper workout routine and stick to it.
The daily posts from the other ladies helped me adopt more meal ideas and adopt a proper meal plan.
I got to know my body better and the dos and donts of healthy living
I absolutely loved this 21-day challenge! 🙌🏾 It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me see just how much I’m capable of when I stay consistent. I am currently in amazing shape because of this program, and I feel stronger, more confident, and more disciplined.
What stood out to me most was the structure and accountability — having clear workouts, guidance, and support made it so much easier to stay on track. I’ve also picked up healthier habits, like being more intentional with my meals, staying active daily, and prioritizing self-discipline.

Old habits die hard but the 30 day really pushed me as an individual, I am glad to be passing most sugary aisle in the grocery stores and choosing my food wisely. A big thank you to Coach DK you such an inspiration, if you haven't tried this give it a shot it will be the best decision ever!!!
Firstly I would like to thank the coaches for their time and effort to help a sister out. The challenge has definitely instilled healthy habits. I have learned a lot about my body ,and I know that moving forward I will able to stand alone and continue with the journey .
Seeing other women doing it , gave me courage to push everyday . I also liked the idea of sharing pics because I scored few healthy meals for me and my family .
The 30-Day Challenge with Leap Fitness has truly changed my lifestyle. Before, I was too relaxed about fitness because my body doesn’t gain weight easily, so I never felt the urgency to exercise or eat healthy. But this challenge completely shifted my mindset.
Through the group accountability, daily workouts, and focusing on healthy meals, I’ve developed habits that now feel natural. Exercising and eating well are no longer just short-term goals they’ve become part of who I am.
This challenge has not only made me stronger physically but also more disciplined and intentional in how I live. It showed me that taking care of my body isn’t something to postpone it’s something to honour daily. I’m so grateful because what started as 30 days has become a lifestyle.

The app kept me motivated with clear instructions and progress tracking, making it easy to stay consistent.
